Gatsby Real Estate was created in response to a changing rental market in Los Angeles. As housing costs increased and traditional apartment layouts no longer met the needs of many renters, it became clear that there was a growing gap between what the market offered and how people actually live.
From the beginning, our focus has been on developing and managing homes that prioritize flexibility, privacy, and functionality. Many of our properties feature larger floorplans designed for shared living, with equally sized bedrooms and private bathrooms that support roommates, professionals, students, and families alike.

Gatsby Real Estate works closely with Gatsby Investment, a Los Angeles-based real estate development company that has been building residential properties since 2016.
